Some races have learned to control their Ki defensively as well as
offensively, and the Energy Barrier technique is a living testament
to their dedicated efforts. An energy aura is wrapped around the
fighter's body, absorbing a portion of the damage from an enemy's blows.
When hit, the strength of the barrier fades until it eventually dissipates.
